You must be 21+ years of age to use this website and sign up for notifications.

User Age

Because of the nature of the Company’s business, and its products and services, the Site is not intended for use by persons under age 21. The Company does not knowingly attempt to solicit or receive any information from persons under age 21. Use of the Site, or any registration that may be required to access portions of the Site, or to purchase products or services, including alcoholic beverages, may only be made by those persons who are at least 21 years of age. Delivery of Whiskey

The Warped Picks is not an alcohol retailer. We do not ship alcohol. Your purchase of The Warped Picks will be through and shipped from a licensed retailer and require adult signature confirmation (21+) upon delivery.

You may not replicate the logos, trademarks, photos, or any other aspect of brand design without prior written permission from an officer of The Warped Picks. Any such misuse will be met with expulsion from our list, and legal action.
